| Some of the things I suggested to Sox was completely different people for each job.
What i mean is..
2-3 People max, for the Draft Management, 2 Different People for the FA Management.
Then 4 Total Administrators other than Sox. And a Trade Council that Preferrably doesn't include any Draft or FA Manangement People.
Thus creating MUCH less work for everyone. Enabling certain people to focus on certain jobs only, and allowing Sox to do nothing but sim related things.
Meaning the other Administrators would have to do the rest of the Management (whatever that might be) that Admin's are in charge of.
I'm not saying you don't already I'm just telling you the suggestions i presented to him.
I think 4 People is too much for the Draft Management Position, something like that, I think the more people you get the harder it is to coordinate amongst each other as to what each person has done/is doing.
By Seperating each team into different groups of people, it allows for more organized management as the people in charge of those things aren't focusing on more than one job (other than their GM spots). Thus allowing Sox the ability to focus on just sim related things, and making it easier for him to not have to feel rushed or overlook things due to having to do so much.. Which unforunately I think is likely what happened.
He's been doing so much trying to make sure he does a good job that he probably didn't really even think about it until it was too late.
By making seperate groups and allowing more people through the league to help out, I think we will find things will run alot smoother.

Look at all the trade council, admins, draft managers, and secuirty. They all are the SAME people. Thus i would suggest getting more people who dont come on as much because they have nothing to do. I would like to see Neumatic and Patfan and Dman in trade council. And i would like to see some other people in draft managers. FYI i want to be a draft manager now

| Some People Specific. Proposals I made, Included making TD Jesus & EF90 an administrator.
Wildcats a TC Member, and obviously mk wants to be there, so put him there.
dreamteam and Patfan as FA managers
and Neumatic and I at Draft Management.
I didn't really go into more specific and most conclusive suggestions, these were based solely on people i know are interested in positions..
I have no problem not being included if that's how people feel, but i think all positions should include those with the most knowledge, experience, and interest in those specific areas.

| The Thing about my proposal is..
Sox' only duties would be simulation related things, it would be up to the other Administrators to manage the site outside of simulation controlled things, so that Sox could focus specifically on posting announcements, data and simulation.

| I like it, but I think 5 admins is way too much. 3 really hardworking guys should be sufficient | |

| I like your suggestions Dragon, but I feel I should retain my TC spot as I have been one of the most active current members on there
My list:
Administrators (Only 3 really needed) Sox EF90 TD Jesus
Trade Council
WildCats -if he isn't on the trade council, I'm out of the league mk Tuna Ruskie89
(Backups) BrettFavreisyourfather Big_Z
Kyle (Steve_Smith) would make a great TC member, but I don't know if he is really looking for more responsibility on this site to tell you the truth, he is busy as is
Draft Managers
Neumatic & BigTuna
FA Draft Managers and FA Managers
BrettFavreisyourfather, Patfan, & DreamTeam
