To an extent it is, but not overall ratings, it takes into account speed, tackling, maneuver ability awareness, etc. I also have extensive knowledge about with guys progress and consistently do well and which guys don't. More so than one single simulation will tell you. I'm sure many people do as well. But you are OBVIOUSLY not one of them. | |
