NEW TRADE RULE

Here's how its gonna work:

If a trade is voted down, it is sent back to the GMs with the trade council's comments. If both sides still agree, one of two things happens:

1. If a newer member (<150 posts) is the one the trade council feels is losing, a re-vote is done. However, in the re-vote only 2 votes are required in order for it to pass.

2. If it is an older member (>150 posts), and both sides still agree, the trade is approved.

By the way, the newer member rule is there for two reasons.

1. We don't screw over our new GMs

2. If you are somehow cheating by having two teams, you can't just have both sides agree after every trade.
