| OK theres a lot of problems with our current system that we have in place, and a lot of people are complaining about signing limits with the current point alotment.
one of the current problems we have is (example) resigning an 82 QB is only one point away from resigning a 92 QB to one year deals. Which is kinda dumb
So im going to try and make a system involving EACH overall and the players ages. Ill have the system done for tomorrow.

| I got the system that Id like to employ done tonight, give me feedback and if you see any holes TELL ME PLEASE so I can fix them right away
The player-rating factor: 99= 12 98= 11.5 97= 11 96= 10 95= 9.5 94= 8.8 93= 8.0 92= 7.5 91= 7.0 90= 6.5 89= 6.2 88= 5.6 87= 5.0 86= 4.0 85= 3.0 84= 2.5 83= 2.0 82= 1.7 81= 1.5 80= 1.3 79= 1.1 78= 1.0 77 and lower are allowed to resign for free if you wish UNLESS they are of age 25 or less, in that case you pay 1.0 pt per signing.
Age multiplier
21 = 1.3 multiplier 22 = 1.25 multiplier 23 = 1.2 multiplier 24 = 1.18 multiplier 25 = 1.14 multiplier 26 = 1.1 multiplier 27 = 1.08 multiplier 28 = 1.04 multiplier 29 = 1.0 multiplier 30 = 0.96 multiplier 31 = 0.92 multiplier 32 = 0.9 multiplier 33 = 0.86 multiplier 34 = 0.82 multiplier 35 = 0.8 multiplier 36 = 0.75 multiplier 37 = 0.7 multiplier
Position multiplier
QB 1.0 HB 1.0 WR 1.0 LB 1.0
OT 0.8 OG 0.8 TE 0.8
FB 0.7 C 0.7
K 0.5 P 0.5
DE 0.9 DT 0.9 CB 0.9 SS 0.9 FS 0.9
The system is based on player value, of course the numbers aren’t perfect in all cases because it would be impossible to have it that way. But, the system works basically on this level; a 99 (12 pts) is valued as a 93 (8 pts) and 86 (4 pts) and so on just base it on the points, considering that each of those three are of the same age and position, since that isn’t the case all the time, that’s where the age multiplier comes in and positions multipliers. The system like I said isnt bang on but I think its pretty close, im sure you guys will find some holes considering I did it at 11pm

I'm gonna disagree with these. IMO, this is what it should be. QB 1.0 RB 1.0 WR 1.0 MLB 1.0 OLB 0.9 CB 0.9 FS 0.8 SS 0.8 DE 0.8 DT 0.8 TE 0.8 OG 0.75 FB 0.75 OT 0.65 K 0.5 P 0.4 Just my opinion.... also minus 75 players under 25 should be .75 pts

| then move TE to 0.75 because I dont think a TE is as important as a DE. And move OT up to 0.75 because they protect the runner on stretch plays and the QB on every single play, Guards can slack off a bit since they have the C there too (BTW where do you want C to go? Because I think that should be 0.65 instead of OT)
QB 1.0 RB 1.0 WR 1.0 MLB 1.0
OLB 0.9 CB 0.9
FS 0.8 SS 0.8 DE 0.8 DT 0.8
OG 0.75 FB 0.75 TE 0.75 OT 0.65
C 0.65
K 0.5
P 0.4
how does this look? | |

| Look's like a good and interesting system. The only thing I would suggest is make the QB multiplier a little more. They are highest paid players out there. Also If you want to mirror the pro's I would up the multiplier for LT a bit too.
The first list was better.
DE + OT should be higher.

| Pro-Bowler 1.2
QB 1.1
RB 1.0 WR 1.0 MLB 1.0
OLB 0.9 CB 0.9 DE 0.9
FS 0.8 SS 0.8 DT 0.8
TE 0.75 OT 0.75
FB 0.7 OG 0.7
C 0.65
K 0.5
P 0.4
Im making FB's 0.7 too then because they arent too important (certainly no more than OGs)
now I just have to get a system for contract years

| Thing is, what if you move a QB to P, sign him cheap, then move him back to QB and get him dirt cheap | |
