I think it would be tough to do comp rookie picks since there are only a few more rookies then there are draft picks.

its already been decided...

that makes more sens, and are we setting up compensation rookie picks

There aren't enough rookies to do it though. There are at most I would say ten or less rookies then there are draft picks.
That would be a good system, but we wouldn't have enough rookies.
