Unsigned Rookies

The bills, fins, titans, chargers, eagles, and panthers have not completed their signings, if they are not done by tonight, these teams lose their top rookie, also, if Sox said in your thread you have to fix yours, you must get them done by tonight!

That's rather harsh, some of the guys might be gone for the holidays, etc. Maybe just sign their top rookies or however many fit, rather than just release 1st round picks...

Uh, well, I figured just sign their 1st and 2nd rounders, but as punishment sign their top player at least, and release the rest?

an 85 or 82, 81, 81, 80, 78, 77, 76 (just made up an average draft class)

I agree as well. Its the holiday, and some people just have rare time around these weeks which is very understandable. Just sing until the roster is full and make others FA. That seems to be the best and fairest route here to take.

First of all, let's not pretend that draft was anything less than shaky. And it's the holidays, by tonight? what if people, from the teams that you listed there are still on vacation or something.

Then they should've posted that they are on vacation

This was put up last week, maybe today is a little early, but we can't just auto-sign, because if we do, what incentive do the people get that actually did their shit?, nothing, teams that don't comply should be punished in some form, we did some auto-resigning before Free Agency, as a GM, it is your responsibility to step to the plate and get it done, I'd be fine with a delay of a day or two, but punishments must be handed down, all these GMs have been on since this was posted.

OK. So these people go back into what we can call a "Supplimental Draft"? and follow the same draft order that we had in the 08 draft yr.

Agree with this 100% You can't force teams to lose top rated Draft picks, simply because other GM's are droolin' over them.

i realiize you have a system, but I really think the first 3 rounds need to be auto-signed.

EXACTLY. For teams that have INACTIVE GM's, ALL THEIR PICKS, should be Auto-signed, not just the first 3 rounds.

For Teams with Active GM's the first 3 rounds should be Auto-signed, then after that, consider it them fucking themselves.

1.How can we decide who is active and who is inactive?
2.Why do we reward those who are inactive, if they are that inactive that people actually notice it, then there should be a New GM in place

IMO, being active and not doing your signings and being inactive should be equal in punishments.
