I agree to this trade

While I am giving a couple talented players, I am getting back two glaring needs in a Left Tackle and the protypical Nose Tackle in glenn dorsey.

I feel that Robaire Smith, Terrence Kiel and Quincy Black are players I am more than willing to deal because they were not starters for me and I have depth at those positions.
