sox cant use his ps2 during the week so the only time he can update stuff is during the weekend

who is going to post who we sign? how long do we have to wait to sign someone? 24 hours? and how will we know for sure that it has been 24 hours? and finally who will post the signing after 24 hours? the mod or will we have too? Thanks.
