| I'll do matchups first, then my prediction. I'm putting down who i think is better at that particular Position and the grade i'd give that player.
QB - NE / A+ RB - NYG/ B+ WR - NE/ A TE - NYG/ A OL - Even DL - NYG/ A+ LB - Even CB - NE/ A S - NE/ B K - Even
Running game - Giants Passing game - Patriots Overall offense - Patriots
Run defense - Giants Pass defense - Patriots Overall defense - Even
Prediction: 34-31 New York Giants
Some Insight on my ratings, Normally I wouldn't suggest that the Giants OL is as good as the Patriots, but in reality the last several weeks, they have had to change in guys via injury and I think the quality of depth makes the OL's fairly equal. And Gostkowski hasn't been the best leg in the league. Offensively, I think the depth the Giants have are a bit better for pure run than Maroney and Faulk. But Obviously the Patriots have the upper hand in the Passing game.
I don't really think the Patriots defense is that great, they have a few great players, but they have a lot of old and slow players, and players that can be taken advantage of.
The Key Match up here will be whoever they match up with Hobbs, and getting the ball to that guy.
Obviously and rightfully so, the Patriots enter this game has HUGE favorites probably by 30+ points.
But in reality, I think we can all agree, that if the Giants go in and play their game, and play the way they did la tweek and the week before, etc. etc. That they won't make the same mistakes they did against New England the first time.
New England is going into the Super Bowl off of Tom Brady's worst performance this season. But all week the Giants will find it easy to keep the spotlight off of themselves as everyone will be talking about the 19-0 feat that could very well happen.
In the end, I do think the Giants Defensive Line will get enough pressure, if they play effectively, to force Brady to make mistakes like he did against the chargers and Ultimately, allowing Tynes to be the Hero of the Day.

I dont' hate the Patriots. I'm not at all Bias. The Thing about me with the Patriots is i don't like them their a team that, you're either a fan or you're not. I'm not. However I respect their ability as a Team they have a Great Mind at HC, they seem to be able to continuously breed good coaching Coordinators, and their a talented team at pretty much every position. They're also beatable. Every team is, they have just been fortunate to have not been beaten yet.

| Well since it says unbiased I guess I cant vote
hell who am I kidding, Giants gunna pwn dem Pats 42-0 and Brady's gonna get a career ending injury.
Then the Raiders gonna win the coin flip draft McFadden, theyll go 16-0 and win the SB and complete what the Pats couldnt. Trust me, its gonna happen.

Meh, I still think that I'd take Watson and Brady over Boss I disagree, and i would give the NE Pats' TE's a B+ with Ease. But they don't seem to be utilitized nearly as much as the Giants utilize their TE's, and Boss has been playing great for them this season.

also, i dont see brandon jacobs averaging 5 yds per carry Shhhhhhh let him live in his fantasy land Well against a worse Chargers defense he threw three picks, and Tuck, Osi and Mike are gonna be on his ass all day. Eli torched the NE Secondary last time, and giving Plax even more time to rest can only be better. he completely shit on Harris, and will do the same to Samuel, who is still living off of last years season. jacobs averaged 5 YPC during the season, he can and will do it against the pats. Also bradshaw is gonna be there, so we'll see what happens
