After only a short absence from his former NFL organization, Niemoo, ex-personnel director of the Panthers is back, and ready to continue where he left off only a few months ago. A source from the Panthers Organization told me "Niemoo got us where we are today, we owe him much, and congratulate him on his re-gaining his post on our staff". The Panthers had two stints with new GMs, both unsuccessful in their short time with the team. Mvick's current whereabouts are unknown, but police investigators suspect him of being involved in the dogfighting business ( a federal investigation is underway). Ek, the latest GM, has not yet publicly announced his future intentions, but here in the media we assume (we like to assume) that he will catch on with another organization an assist in player personnel matters, and from there give head general managing another shot. Of the teams reportedly interested in aquiring Ek, Seattle seems to be the most likely option, for GM Max is an old friend of his.
