Sports players

Anybody here play sports? If you do, what do you do to pump yourself up before games? (or calm yourself down, depending on how you look at things). I basically just listen to a bunch of songs to get me amped.

depends on what type of game....

if its tennis or squash (the two sports i play most), probably stretch, drink some water, warm up my shots...

if its football, i get a cushion for the bench so i am comfortable the whole game
