Hiatus

I am taking a hiatus from this league. I need to think over my priorities. I do tons and tons of work for this league, and I get absolutely nothing from it. I don't find this fun anymore..... I am basically working without getting paid, because I literally spend days on this. I had to spend about 1-1.5 hrs for each team just to get their roster right in the game. I have to make every position change, cut and sign every player for you guys, make every trade in the game, update all your depth charts if you want someone to start over someone else. I have to update the injuries, and post the stats. And not only that, but you guys want individual stats for each of your players, and all your ratings, etc. It's a lot of effort, and I basically don't get anything in return. Don't tell me that countless hours of work is fun.

I don't know exactly when I'll return, or if I'll return. It's just too much for me, and I feel overwhelmed.

Oh yeah, and unless someone convinces me too, which IMO would be pretty damn hard, we aren't simming tonight.

thanks to someone who i wont mention, i am simming today then taking the break... i hope you understand max that this isnt a piece of cake... its kinda like wanting a vacation when you have a job. its basically like a job.

Now do you see why I think excessive trading shouldn't be allowed? You guys go WAY over the top trading. I've never seen any SIM league with the number of trades you guys put up.

With that said:

Also, I think it'd be smart if you could get this going for your PC rather then PS2. On PC, you can choose to output the game stats to a folder which you can then just post onto the forums rather then having to type them.

To top that off, with the PC, you can use the Madden Editor to make the trades and its 10x easier. Position changes are easier, editing stats if you have to, EVERYTHING.

Well, considering my luck today, I broke my controller about half an hour ago or so.... I just fixed it. I have to put in the 3 way trade and then we're good to go.

I broke two controllers in the span of 30 minutes like a month ago

...and thats why I don't play games online anymore, lol.

I broke so many controllers over my life its unreal. Luckily I think enough because XBox 360 controllers aren't cheap.
